How we decide what to build next

Every WAONA product must pass three tests before we write a line of code.

Ideas are cheap; years of running a product are not. So before we build anything, it has to pass three tests.

First, it must solve a problem people feel every week — not a nice-to-have. Second, it must work for local reality: mobile-first users, local payment habits and imperfect connections. Third, it must be something we would proudly run and support for years.

Most ideas don’t make it. The ones that do get our full attention — from the first sketch to years of running them.
